Common Questions

  • To begin your custom cycling kit project, simply get in touch via our web form or email. We’ll assign you a design specialist who will walk you through fabrics, product choices, design options, sizing and pricing — and help turn your vision into production.

  • Yes — even if you don’t have a final design ready, our experienced design team can help bring your idea to life. Just tell us your colours, logos and overall look, and we’ll create mockups for review before you sign off.

  • Minimum order quantities vary by garment type and production run. Some items such as Club Jerseys start from as few as 1 item per design, while some products such as aero socks require 10. We’ll confirm the exact minimum for your project early in the process.

  • Production timelines typically range from 4–8 weeks from design sign‑off and deposit. This includes sampling, printing and quality checks, with additional delivery time afterwards. We’ll provide an accurate timeline once your design and order details are confirmed.

  • We provide a detailed size guide to help you select correctly. Since cycling apparel fits differently from casual wear, we recommend measuring your favourite jersey or using our sample sizing option if available. If in doubt, contact us and we’ll assist in choosing the best fit. We also have sizing and sample packs available upon request.

  • Absolutely — you can personalise your kit with club logos, sponsor branding, rider names and numbers. Most providers allow unlimited colours and placements, and we’ll guide you through file formats and positioning during design review.

  • Our kits use premium performance fabrics sourced globally — including some of the best Italian technical textiles — chosen for comfort, breathability, durability and ride performance. You’ll be guided through fabric options based on your needs (race fit, endurance, climate, etc.).

  • In many cases, yes — sample pieces can be arranged so you can evaluate fit and fabric before committing to your full team order. This is particularly useful for larger clubs or teams unfamiliar with custom kit sizing.

  • As custom apparel is made to your specification, orders are usually non‑refundable unless there is a manufacturing fault. We do everything we can to ensure the right fit, design and quality before production — including design proofing and sizing guidance.

  • Some manufacturers charge a one‑off setup or design fee on the first order, which may be waived on future reorders or larger quantities. We’ll be transparent about any fees during your quote so you know exactly what you’re paying for.
