[ About ]■
Born in the Peaks. Built for the Bunch.
At LEVEL Custom, we believe every cycling club deserves kit that performs as hard as they ride. We’re proudly based in the heart of the UK—the Staffordshire Moorlands—where our team spends countless hours riding, climbing, and testing gear across the rugged roads and sweeping climbs of the Peak District National Park.
Our unique location isn’t just scenic—it’s functional. The challenging terrain, ever-changing conditions, and varied ride profiles make the Peaks the perfect real-world lab for custom cycling apparel. Every jersey, bib short, and base layer we design is road-tested by our team in some of the UK’s most iconic cycling landscapes before it ever reaches yours.
We’re a close-knit crew of cyclists, designers, and kit obsessives who understand what makes a great club uniform—comfort, fit, durability, and identity. Whether you're lining up at a local crit, heading out for club runs, or racing virtually, our custom kit is built to represent your team with pride and perform without compromise.
From initial design to final delivery, everything we do is rooted in our passion for cycling and our belief that your club kit should feel as good as it looks.
Our Founder
■
Si Bradeley
LEVEL Custom was founded by Simon Bradeley, a lifelong cyclist, racer, and kit purist with over 30 years of experience on the UK road racing circuit. From local club rides to national-level events, Simon has dedicated his life to the road—competing in criteriums, time trials, and stage races with a deep respect for cycling tradition and the pride that comes with wearing the right kit.
In the early 2000s, Simon earned a place in the Guinness World Records by riding non-stop for an astonishing 58 hours—a feat that speaks to his relentless drive and love for life on two wheels.
His vision for LEVEL Velo was born from first-hand experience: the need for cycling clothing that not only performs at the highest level, but also captures the identity of the club behind the rider. He created LEVEL Velo Custom to offer exactly that—a personalised, premium kit experience for clubs and race teams across the UK.
Based in the Staffordshire Moorlands, Simon leads the team from the gateway to the Peak District, where he continues to test every garment on the demanding climbs and rolling roads of Britain’s most iconic training ground.
From race line to finish line, Simon brings a racer’s mindset, a designer’s eye, and a club rider’s understanding of what kit should truly deliver.

We provide a detailed size guide to help you select correctly.
